1. Products & Personalization

• Most of our items are custom-made and personalized. Please double-check all details (names, dates, spellings, photos) before placing your order.
• We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed only after successful payment.
• Production time typically takes [2-4 working days].
• Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier partner delays are beyond our control.

3. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

• We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed, due to the personalized nature of our products.
• If your item is damaged or there's an error from our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Order number, A clear photo of the issue, A short note describing the problem
• We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable. All issues must be resolved within 2 days of delivery.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers - Razorpay

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, product photos, content, and branding are the intellectual property of Little Reminder.
• You may not reproduce, copy, or use any materials without written permission.
